How to get back into my computer when it says locked by administrator and I am the administrator?

My computer says this device is locked by administrator have one of the administrators to unlock it... I am the administrator how do I get back into it, it is saying incorrect pin, my son said that it shut off on him while watching a movie and that's when it started saying locked by an administrator please help
