How to get a sha256 public key working in IE browser in user profiles provisioned by Azure Intune / Autopilot

I can provide users with a sha256 key generated by our HRM application. It has to activated with a personal key provided by e-mail. The current keys they are using on Win7 are valid.

I like to get them out of Win7 profiel and put them in the new user profile in Azure. How to provide the key and that it's working with IE on the new Win10 desktop?
