How to forget old User Profile name.

So I really just want a clean slate but there's this one singular thing that persists and won't let itself be deleted and it is theUser Profile Namelike the name for the folder/profile in the Users folder (Users/'name'/Appdata etc).I thought Resetting my PC was good enough but like, somehow the computer still remembers what my name was... And I don't know what else to do. I'm not restoring from any back ups so I'm stumped.
