How to force the use of the dedicated GPU?

This thing i requested in my last post, but i want to repost it beacuse the last wasn't helpful.My Notebook have 2 GPU's, one is integrated whit my CPU and the other is dedicated.The problem is that my notebook use only the integrated one, and other is ignored.I've tried everything, change the settings in Windows for the Graphics settings, but it gives me only the integrated one. In device manager there's the dedicated GPU, but in GPU-Z the loadis everytime at 0% (this even in the task manager). I've tried to reinstall the drivers but itdidn't wotk.
