How to fix your PC didn't Start correctly

Hi, I have an issue with my laptop it has been showing me a blue screen written "Your PC did not start correctly. It tried to resolve the issue by performing an automatic repair but looks like it failed.I've tried restarting but it doesn't seem to be working . what can I do?
