How to fix windows search bar

My search bar (And possibly coincidentally, War Thunder) stopped responding immediately as usual, and instead show blank with today's date and a couple other letterings [2025.04.02.55147014.IL.en-US]. Only reloads into the menu after around 20 seconds. I tried fixing by restarting the WSearch and such a couple times and such and using some tutorials but nothing really worked. Please help
