how to fix windows not starting up?

Hello. Today when I tried to turn on my computer it was stuck on the windows logo and blinked about 5 times before it just stopped, however yesterday it did not do this. I was able to boot it up and do things on it but now I can’t. For some context today when I tried to access it it wasn’t charged the day before, but when I plugged it in to charge it did the same thing. I’m not sure if this is because the charger is slow or if its the computers fault, because like I said it’s never had this issue. I also want to know if it’s possible a virus could’ve caused this as well and if so are there any
