How to fix windows could not start the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder service on Local Computer.

Help me fix this, when I start my PC and I can't find the audio icon so I find out the audio services are stopped, so I turn that on and it shows me an error popup it said "Windows could not start the Windows Audio Endpoint Builder service on Local Computer. Error 126: The specified module could not be found", Please help me I use Windows 7 64-bit
