How to fix Windows 11 Notepad bug?

Ever since I updated Windows 11 to version 23H2, there was a strange problem with the Notepad. When I type a word, only the "|" are shown instead of words. Like the picture below:I tried various methods such as DISM, clean install Windows, download the Windows ISO file from the Microsoft site through Windows, and update the Notepad from the Microsoft Store, but the problem still exists.My Windows version is 24H2 Build 26100.2314Is there a solution to this problem?
