How to fix windows 10 booting problems? (Bootloop)

a few days ago, my laptop randomly started booplooping out of nowhere. ususally when i plug in the charger and press the power button it boots up like normal, but when i tried it this time the windows logo and the light on the charger would blink a few times then stop. i have no idea was the issue could be because before this happened it was working perfectly fine, and unfortunately it seems like the only button that works in the power button so i cant boot up BIOS or automatic repair. my best guess is that its the battery thats very low but if it is how long would i need to charge it for?
