How to fix white cloudy border on my screen after hibernating it

I am using my laptop (Lenovo) and decided to fold it after using it, but I did not shut it down. There are still tabs working in my browser. After about 30 minutes, I decided to use it again and after unfolding it, there's this white cloudy border on my screen. I dont know if the fault is on the hardware or the system of microsoft
