How to fix usb not showing up in file explorer

I tried to install debian on my Kingston usb however it did not work as intended and only installed the terminal and not the gui. Im trying to fully reset my usb as idc about the data I just want the debian gone on it. However when I plug it into my it does not show up into file explorer but it makes the sound that it is plugged in. I can see it in dsik management and device management. How do if I this. I have Windows 11 on lenovo IdeaPad 1.i want to fully erase all data of this usb so I can try a different Linux (mint) as it seems to be easier to set up.
