How to fix this "Windows Script Host" issue?

I get this error everytime I start my PC. I just close it and nothing happens but it is starting to get annoying.It says:Script: C:\Users\new\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\Programs\Startup\hasp_windows.vbsLine: 1Char: 1Error: The system cannot find the file specifiedCode: 80070002Source: (null)Please help me getting rid of it.I would have uploaded a screenshot but for some reason it always failed to upload.
