How to fix “this pc can’t run windows 11”

I’ve tried checking to see if TPU 2.0 is on which it is and secure boot is also on, I suspect the problem may be my old graphics card. but I’m at a loss here so any help would be appreciated Specs: patriot ram 16gbprime B450M-A ll motherboard RX 470AMD Ryzen 5 4500256gb NVMe m.2 ssd
