How to fix this netframework problem?

I barely have any idea of what just happen. What happen prior was my laptop randomly crashed when i watched youtube. It went into the bsod and i have several problem like "Boot device not found" but i've fixed it but when i boot my pc it shows this error. Something seems wrong with my netframework. I cant update my laptop and my audio driver went broken. The error code says this-Please set registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\NET Framework\InstallRoot to point to the.NET Framework install location.
