How to fix “the specified module could not be found” after trying to download a game?

I was trying to update my mod manager for fifa, when I accidentally downloaded something else called manager.exe and it asked me to accept a lot of different things and I tried to get rid of it because I knew it was mod temp, after my anticheat got rid of it it didn’t let me play fifa saying “their was a problem starting \temp\.dll(u don’t know if it’s a I or L)” and “the specified module could not be found”. (Anticheat said it was a Trojan).
