How to fix the sound dimming issue during conferences.

Hi, guys.I have a big problem with my sound during the conference.The problem is when i'm in the meeting, Zoom, Google meet, etc. the sound becomes muffeled.So i can't hear any music, only voice, and voice quality becomes like in 00sThe sound muffeling keeps in all computer apps during the meeting, so for example i can't listen a music in spotify because of it(.Please help me to fix this problem because it's so annoying. I'm using laptop Acer Nitro V15, Windows 11( if this information will help a little bit).
