How to fix the "Account picture error" by myself? (Error code: 0x80190001)

Good days!I have tried to change my account picture many times but it's not worked. After I clicked "Choose picture" with the pic A (for ex), somethings has gone but seconds passed, my laptop said that there was account picture error with code 0x80190001, the picture I chose couldn't be save :'(((I wanna know is there any way can I fix it by myself?Thanks a lot.
