How to fix taskbar when it disappeared and I can only access the task manager?

Hello I was playing quietly when I realized that there was no sound and I thought it was that I had the volume low and entonses press the key to increase volume of my keyboard and nothing happened, as my pc is somewhat slow it is customary what will take but nothing happened normally Up the volume instantly and the window that appears and shows the percentage took a while but nothing happened entonses I decided to raise the volume from the taskbar but when moving the cursor to the taskbar became the blue circle, the taskbar did not work and the window appeared that if I wanted to stop running
