how to fix random pc game crashes

i got a pc about in august of 2024 and it constantly has problems, whenever i play Roblox or fc25 the game randomly crashes it cant be a game issue because it happens on most games, and whenever i boot it the system loads in and when I'm in my home screen and when i try to open apps they don't open and when i click shutdown the pc doesn't shut down so i have to manually hold the power button for it to shut down to boot back up normal agian please help with the crashing problem all drivers are updated and all updates are installed if you need event viewr logs let me know.Ryzen 5 7600xAsus Tuf G
