How to fix my sd card

I made 2 partitions of sd card in windows 10 from disk management. I put data in both partitions. When I connected it with my phone it showed only one. Other is courpted. Why??. If I plug back to laptop I can clearly see all partition working. How to see courpted partition in android phone?? Any idea???
