How to fix my pc Scanning and repairing every drive?

My pc keeps scanning and repairing every single drive every time it boots up ( not just the c drive which everyone else's issue seemed to be with). I recently even got a new SSD after also performing a clean installation of windows and still it scans and repairs on start up. What is causing this and how do I fix it?
