How to fix my pc going back in time?

Yesterday i used my pc like normal, no issues. Today i started up my pc and it has reverted to what it looked like a few months ago. I have opera as a search engine (which i had a few months ago) and in one of the tabs i have dragon ball playing (which i finished a few months ago). Bunch of recently downloaded apps are also gone. Basically it went back in time to what it was before. Why has this happened? I havent done anything wrong, i didnt do anything to bios or whatever. All i did was shut down my pc yesterday and now everything is messed up.
