How to fix my pc bugging and freezing randomly with no obvious issue?

My PC is about 3 to 4 month old, i used it alot during this time. However recently I have been encountering a frustrating issue. The PC randomly freezes and stops all apps from working and the entire device becomes unresponsive. I have tried all basic fixes like sfc scannow. However nothing worked.
