How to fix my curser on windows 11

I have had issues with my curser twice on windows 11, once on my school laptop (still to be fixed) And also on my home laptop that I got for Christmas. On my school laptop I was on word taking some notes down for a lesson, untill my curser froze. I tryed to restart it but when i logged back on the curser had disappeared.It's been taken for repair twice fixed for other users not me. The same happened for my home laptop but I haven't taken it to get fixed yet.My home laptop is a Acer aspire 1 and my school is Stonebook edge.Help what can I do.
