How to fix my BSOD and corrupt files.

For about a year now every few months my PC decides to BSOD. For the first crash, I fully reset my PC then when it came back a few months later, I found out partially resetting my pc was quicker and less of a pain. Eventually when it happened again a few months later, I started doing chkdsk, chkdsk/spotfix and SFC/scannow which mostly worked and sometimes I found scanning my driver's and resetting through control panel worked but now nothing works.
