How to fix my Bluetooth headphones to work with my new pc.

I have Bluetooth headphones that I use. They were connected and working on my old pc and when I received my new pc they are not working. They connect to my pc (most of the time) and then the audio is just stuttering. I connect them to my phone and they work just fine. I have tried updating drivers but I have no clue what I am doing so it might be the wrong ones. I have gone through the Microsoft troubleshooter and that thing is pointless and helpless. I just don't understand because then when I plug the headphones into the pc with the wire they work just fine. So something with bluetooth is me
