How to fix in game stuttering??

I’m having the time of my life gaming in 120+ FPS games (high FPS games) but i run into stuttering/FPS drop . I ran a program from my pc called resource monitor to find out what’s going on & seen that the game only starts to stutter/drop FPS when my disk usage spikes really high. The Kb sizes are like 1,000,000 - 2,000,000. This happens almost every time when looking through the scope of my weapon or getting into gun fights. I have optimized my nvidia settings by adding games there & selecting high nvidia processor, added my games to windows graphics settings & have selected h
