the soloution in my perspective: poolmon shows that "ismc" is using the most memoryafter i inserted "ismc" into the command prompt, iaStorVD.sys is detected. after i checked iaStorVD.sys in System Infomation>Software Environment> System Drivers. iaStorVD.sys is Intel (R) Chipset VMD RST Controller service.the solution stated that I delete the driver to fix my issue. but after i did some research, Intel (R) Chipset VMD RST Controller service seems to be an important system driver and if i delete it can result in bo
