How to fix gray screen with loading cursor

[Windows 11]

Two days ago my pc was perfectly fine than yesterday when I turned it back on it booted me into this gray/black screen with a loading cursor I’ve tried everything on other posts with the same topic but literally nothing is working and I’ve been trying to fix it all yesterday and it’s getting really annoying and frustrating is their any sort of fix?
