How to Fix games crashing with "c0000005" error?

I've done all the steps through what Bandai Namco have told me, and then they sent me here. I've reinstalled the games, my graphics drivers, I've run the SFC scan, repaired windows, all with the same problems. Mostly the games CTD but sometimes they force a full system restart, with no blue screen.
