How To Fix Game Lag After Several Minutes

I have a problem with my laptop, so I play light games like Simcity 2013, Cities Skyline, The Sims 4 and games 2016 and below but After a few minutes I play the game My game suddenly Lags from 45 - 60 FPS down to 1 - 10 FPS, I have Specs Intel Core i5-8265U with Intel HD 620 and 8 GB Ram with Windows 10 Home, I use this laptop to study and play Light Games, Is there anyone here who can solve my problem?I have this issue from January 2025, I've already done things like Clean the Laptop and change MsConfig
