How to fix freeze, stuttering and micro stutter play games on windows 11

Hello i have a question...After update windows 11 pro edition in many scenario of play game i get many lagg, fps drop, sttutering and micro stutter..i play in windows 10..in many scenario game smooth no sttutering issue or freezing...I already last update windows 11, last update my gpu driver...try everything like disable or enable game mode still same..getting freeze sometimes, fps not solid 60fps with vsync On and always micro sttuter or sttutering..I hope microsoft community can help my trouble...Thanks
