How to fix error "Your Internet access is blocked" when trying to connect to the default gateway?

Recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now the machine cannot access http://192.168.0.1 (my default gateway) but I still have access to the Internet. I am 100% sure the problem is in the machine because there is no problem when I use a smartphone or a different machine (running Linux).
