How to fix error message 0x80070005 and 'access denied' message when trying to change windows update service.

I keep getting the error message 0x80070005 when trying to open microsoft store. I've tried updating windows but it says access denied, and I can't change the windwos update service either because of the same reason. I've tried multiple fixes I saw on youtube and Reddit but nothing has worked.
