How to fix error code 31 for bluetooth driver?

I have a USB bluetooth connector and it has been working fine for the past year but suddenly it stopped working and is showing the error code 31. I have checked for new drivers on the product website and could not find any so I would greatly appreciate support in fixing this issue.
