I'm not sure what exactly caused this issue but the last two relevant actions I took were-Optional software update, I don't remember for what-Delete a user folder from C:\Users\ (it was left from a backup I restored recently) with what was left of it after having moved everything to the main user that was created by Windows Recently, I've downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10Device model: 82C30036UKI already tried to follow the steps here beside other troubleshooting steps from the command line, provided by other questions on this community platform.I got a permissions error (other than 5)
