How to fix error 0xc0000020?

[Microsoft Windows]

Almost every app that I open, including built in apps such as task manager, and third party apps, such as epic games launcher, gives the error or ...... is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.... 0xc0000020. I have run the sfc scan multiple times, and windows 11 is up to date. Just fully reset computer because of the issue, and it is still happening on a fresh os.
