How to fix display shuts off for a sec when lose focus?

System:- Windows 11 Pro x64, RX 580, 24GB, Ryzen 5 3600, 240gb NVme- 3 monitors - 2 FHD(144hz and 60hz), one 768(75hz).Issue: Display shuts off for a sec then turns on when:- I lose focus like alt-tabbing, adjusting the volume(volume level display pops out), or other notification that will show on top while: - playing Unreal Engine game in fullscreen (no windows gui) - playing x265 codec video in fullscreen (no windows gui) with VLCIssue will retrigger when the popup(like volume display) times out.Only happens with Unreal Engine game and x265 codec video.
