How to fix Dell XPS "cannot find an opterating system" after drive was set to active

So I was trying to figure out my drives for my Dell XPS 8700 which was running windows 10, I had a second drive which was a laptop drive but it worked for storage without any problems. I was on disk management and I set the laptop drive to active and then the "cannot find operating system" messgae came up, I didn't read the text at first so I had to remove that drive to turn on my computer, I set my partition c: to active and now I have no drives that work, this is the only computer in the house, and no windows USB boot will work either, does anyone know how to help me in this situation?
