Before I start, please don't give me any redundant advice such as restarting explorer, running dism/sfc, troubleshooting and reinstalling my OS. I've tried literally ever solution on the internet and this issue still persists. My PC is up to date as well.For reference: Cut, Copy and Paste works fine but the problem is I can't SEE it. I'm not sure when this issue began but it's always been sort of a bug, except this time I permanently cannot see the contents of my clipboard, and I mean NOTHING, it is completely blank.
