How to fix BSOD memory_management

[Windows 10]

Hello, I've recently finally connected my display port cable to my GPU. My PC ran perfectly fine for a couple hours but then my game crashed with no error, tried loading it again then got a blue screen warning saying memory management. After looking online I figured it was my GPU drivers since I didn't use DDU the first time I downloaded them. I turned off windows ability to auto update the drivers and used DDU but now before I can even finish installing the drivers I get the same BSOD.
