How to fix blue screen upon login

Upon my next boot up after what I believe to be a power cut / power surge took place whilst my pc was turned on I got to the log in page put my user name and password got into my computer for a couple of seconds and then immediately blue screened.I have tried the following to no avail Reset / reinstalled windows Sfc /scannow in command prompt Start up repaired System restore to which I have none Uninstalling updates which failed
