How to fix blue screen of “UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION”?

Hello, I really need some help with troubleshooting my laptop. It keeps getting the blue screen, however it never actually loads and restarts. It usually have a different stop code (I even had some that said “CRITICAL_XXX something like that), however the most current one that keeps on appearing was “UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION”. I have to press my power off button to restart my laptop as it’s always stuck on 0% and never restarts. It’s keeps appearing more often- especially when it’s not connected to a charger. I’ve tried to troubleshoot with different methods but nothing is really working out
