How to fix black screen with curser after log in

When i open my laptop and my laptop screen goes black with cursor i wait so long before it dissapear and how to fix it? The thing that i can do when I open my laptop is I can just press the window icon and it appear the taskbar and window search, but when I open other applications It does not appear i tried many solution i stuck this problem for 11 hours to fix this issue but it never working it very waste my time to continue my work this happen after my computer said "your pc run into a problem" and show blue screen after that i restart my pc and it said your pc start not correctly and i star
