I initially had Windows 11, and after encountering issues, I decided to reset my PC and reinstall Windows. To prepare for this, I copied my important files to a USB drive. However, upon trying to move these files back to my PC, I encountered a problem with a specific folder containing over 200 photos and videos. This folder has a lock symbol on its icon, suggesting it might be encrypted or have special permissions i don't know.When attempting to transfer this folder back to my PC, I receive an error message (as shown in the first screenshot) indicating that I need permission from "Everyone"
