How to fix a missing partition

The OS of my PC is 240GB SSD (Drive C) while my storage is 1TB HDD, partitioned almost equally and designated as partitions E and F. Both partitions have files in it. When I decided to format partition F, partition E disappeared when I open File Explorer, I found these msges: Location is not available, E:\ is not accessible and the device is not ready. Checked E's properties and both used space and free are zero. Tried Disk Management and in Desk 1 it says, partition E is healthy with 454.60 GB. Would appreciate any help as I would like to retrieve my files in E. Thank you. P.S. Tried to at
