how to fix "6062 - Lso was triggered"

Hello, I've been experiencing network issues. Yes everything is updated and for some reason my internet randomly goes out for a few seconds then connects back. This happens randomly. I checked my administrative events and it's fill with warnings from my network all mentioning 6062-lso was triggered. This started happening out of nowhere and I didn't do anything besides updating windows and my drivers. I've tried all the help from google searches and none helped my case. I wanted to stop by here before contacting support to see if I can get help with this.
