How to find the microsft account linked to a device?

Dear all, Is there a way to find out which Microsoft account that is linked to a device? I need to find the bitlocker key for my laptop, but I can not remember which Microsoft account this bitlocker is saved. What can I do now?Any reply will be greatly appreciated! Regards,Mindy
