How to find the CID OF SD cards in legacy file system driver

I have created a legacy file system driver for blocking SD card.

I need to allow the SD cards on the basis its CID

I need to allow sd card by its manufacture ID , OID , PID ,revision number and serial number.


how can I find the details in file system driver.
